Summary: The London Gazette published 5,837 corporate distress notices in October 2025: 4,222 liquidation, 1,185 winding-up, 142 administration and 0 receivership notices. That is up 19.0% on the previous month (4,905) and up 13.0% on October 2024 (5,166).
