Re-use of a prohibited name 08 Jul 2026
The director of Ranoush Company Limited, which entered administration on 12 June 2026, gives notice that they intend to continue trading under the prohibited name ‘Ranoush’ through a new company, Flickr Limited, to avoid a criminal offence under section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
