Dealing with County Court Judgments (CCJs) and Enforcement Officers

Even if the judgment is only for a small amount, the existence of a CCJ gives rise to business critical risks of enforcement, reduction in credit, damage to banking relationships, damage to reputation and employee morale, and potential personal insolvency related liability for directors.

The key to dealing with CCJs is a clear understanding of what needs to be done followed by decisive action to implement decisions.
