* His sector expertise covers the consumer goods industry (in particular drinks, impulse products and youth focused products), the “On trade” bar and pub sector and the management of selling and distribution operations
* 15 years international marketing and regional commercial management experience in the drinks industry with Cadbury Schweppes, Coca-Cola and The Foster's Group
* Expertise in brand development, marketing planning, management of franchise/license arrangements, global brand and route-to-market development, brand launches, sales operations and exporting with a especially deep knowledge of Germany and Eastern European markets
* Recent experience in a wide range of turnaround consultancy roles

* He is a registered Investors in People Adviser and is dedicated to helping businesses to optimise their people's performance
* Formerly Chairman of Business Link London South West and Deputy Chairman of AZTEC the Training and Enterprise Council
* Chairman of the Kingston Innovation Centre and a Board member of the Executives Association of Great Britain
* He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a full Member of The Institute of Directors
